*** PICA MESSAGE BOARD *** The PICA Message Board has been deleted due to lack of use and we now have a Closed facebook group where information can be posted and requests made etc. This decision was made a Committee level. The PICA Facebook group requires you to join the group and answer some questions, if they are not answered then the application is deleted.
